Multi- Faith Work
As part of our Religious Education Curriculum, two other religions are taught from EYFS to Year 6 following the programme of study ‘Come and See’. One week’s teaching and learning time per year is given to each.
These are:
- Judaism – which is taught in the Autumn Term
- Islam – which is taught either in the Spring or Summer Term.
To enrich our Multi Faith work further, each year our Key Stage 2 pupils visit local places of worship e.g. a synagogue and/or mosque. We also welcome visitors from our local community into school to share their faith experiences and journeys with us.
