Uniform at St Joseph’s
We have a school uniform because we believe a uniform looks smart, wears well and contributes to a feeling of belonging to St. Joseph’s school.

| Children’s hair should not be dyed or have any temporary hair colour in it. Children should not have haircuts which include shaving or patterns. We encourage children with long hair to tie it back. | Children are only allowed to wear watches in school. No other jewellery, including ear-rings should be worn. If you require your child to wear jewellery that is of religious significance, please speak to the headteacher. | Children are not allowed to wear any make up in school this includes nail polish, tattoos or henna transfers. For health and safety all children’s nails should be short. |
